Delivery & Returns

All of our shipments go out either with Royal Mail or FedEx depending on your location.

For items available for immediate purchase

Please see individual product listings for delivery times. All the items are handcrafted and lead times may vary. Bespoke orders can take between 2-5 weeks.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If you require an item for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress.

UK Delivery:

UK delivery is free for orders over £300 and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This is an insured, trackable next-day service and the parcel will need a signature on arrival. An option for FedEx services is also available.

International Delivery:

The cost of international shipping may vary. Please contact us for shipping options.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made via Visa, card payment or a bank transfer. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, please place your order by email.

Cancellations:

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must email [email protected] quoting your name, address, detail of the product and reason for cancellation.

Returns may be made on ready-made items within 28 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by a carrier to Dementiev, 42 Britton St, London, UK EC1M 5AD.

Returned items must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition. Items that show signs of wear or use or have been altered or damaged will not be accepted.

  • Made to Order or personalised items and limited editions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges may be made within 28 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to Dementiev, 42 Britton St, London, UK EC1M 5AD.

CONTACT US

Once received in the studio, refunds and/ or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, then you will either receive a refund or a new charge for the difference.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges for items with a lower value purchased through Wire Transfer will receive a refund for the cost difference. For exchanged items with a higher value than the original purchase price, we will request a payment of the difference through bank transfer.
